At a Museum
You can take out membership the next time you visit Melbourne Museum, Scienceworks Museum, or the Immigration Museum. Cash, cheque or credit card payments are accepted.
As a Gift for friends or family
Give the gift that lasts all year with mvmembers. You may take out membership for friends or family by completing the application form with their details, and indicating if you would like it sent directly to them, or to you to pass on in person. Original presents at your fingertips!

Conditions of your membership
1) Membership privileges are available only on the presentation of your current membership card together with photographic identification. 2) This card is NOT TRANSFERABLE and failure to present it at the ticket office could result in the payment of full admission charges. 3) These privileges are available only on individual or family visits and DO NOT apply to visits such as school parties. 4) Prices valid as at 1 June 2004. 5) Museum Victoria membership is non refundable. 6) $5 fee is payable for replacement cards. 7) Museum Victoria may terminate your membership if you: fail to comply with these terms and conditions; abuse any privilege afforded to you under the Membership program; or misuse your membership card. 8) Museum Victoria may change these terms and conditions or membership benefits at any time without prior notice. 9) Your privacy is important to Museum Victoria. Museum Victoria collects and manages your personal information in a professional and responsible manner and in accordance with the principles of privacy law. The information provided by you will only be used for Museum Victoria purposes, such as the administration of your membership, the provision of Museum Victoria goods and services, planning research and marketing of the Membership program and the goods and services of Museum Victoria. Museum Victoria will not disclose, sell, distribute, share or otherwise pass on your personal information to any third party. You may choose not to provide your personal details upon joining, however, if you do not provide your personal details we will not be able to administer your membership or provide you with some or all membership benefits. 10) Family entry into Victoria University High Voltage Theatre must be redeemed on the one visit. 11) Family entry into Victoria Melbourne Planetarium must be redeemed on the one visit. 12) The Joining Fee is applicable to all new and lapsed memberships. A membership will be considered ‘lapsed’ four weeks after the expiry date of membership.
