Museum Victoria has developed a strategic plan for the period 2013–18. The plan contains five strategic directions, which represent key areas of focus and provide a planning framework for the organisation. The strategic plan is supported by an annual business plan and budget.
Underpinning our vision and planning framework are the Museum Victoria values: leadership, respect, reconciliation, human rights, responsiveness, integrity, impartiality and accountability.
