Thinking great customer service? Think Museum Victoria!

At the Museum we strive to provide excellent customer service in the work that we do. All our work contributes either directly or indirectly to the visitor experience. A good way to communicate and formalise our commitment to customer service is by having a Customer Service Charter.

The new Museum Victoria Customer Service Charter lets our customers and visitors know what they can expect when they visit one of our Museums. We promise the following service standards:

  • well-maintained exhibitions, buildings and facilities
  • your enquiries answered promptly and courteously
  • staff who will provide information that is accurate and informative
