This year IMTAP aims to conduct Raising Our Voices in a way that minimises environmental impact through the implementation of several environmentally sustainable initiatives, including:
- Paperless conference, no printed handouts or programs
- All abstracts, papers, program and directions will be available electronically
- Delegates are encouraged to bring their own name tags
- Recycled corn pens will be supplied and delegates are encouraged to bring their own note paper and bag if required

- Several venues are located in Melbourne’s CBD and when moving between delegates are encouraged to walk or use public transport
