- Canvas banner, painted on recto with text and a central image of justice blindfolded with scales in her felt hand and a sword in her right hand. On either side of her are two scenes: to the left an image of sailing yachts, on the right a man and woman playing outdoors. Intertwined '888' in the two lower corners. The whole banner is framed with a border of brown silk stitched along each edge. There is a rod across the top edge.
