- Eight Porcelain Cuspid and Molar, Artificial Teeth, manufactured by Ash's Free-Plane Diatorics, England, circa 1925. They were used in the psychiatric hospital, Lakeside Hospital, Ballarat.
- Eight artificial teeth made of porcelain, off white in colour. Attached in a single row with wire to black card. The mould number, shade number and manufacturer's details are printed in silver ink on the front and reverse.
