This certificate was issued in Sydney on 3rd December, 1928 to owner David Davis to register Phar Lap as a race horse.
A certificate printed on a square sheet of paper, with creases indicating that it was folded into six. There is black text printed on the front, with further text hand typed in purple ink, and a handwritten signature in black ink. A number is stamped in the top lefthand corner.
