Invitation - Women on Farms Gathering, Sea Lake, 1991 Reg. No: HT 23439
- Pamphlet issued as an invitation to the second Women on Farms Gathering held in Sea Lake in 1991. Visitors to this Gathering, coming from all over Victoria, marvelled at the strength and determination women from this region showed in the face of ongoing drought and the rural downturn. The Gathering proved to be a forum where women from diverse farming backgrounds could offer support, 'refuel', and learn from the experiences of others. The commitment to continue meeting annually was made here.
- One beige A4 page folded into three. One side has title page with logo, location map and registration form. The logo depicts silos, grapes, grain sheaves, sheep, citrus fruit and gum blossoms. Reverse side gives introduction paragraph, programme for the Saturday and Sunday, workshops offered, and guest speakers.
