- One of sixty-nine black and white and sepia photographs in a bound album [six of which are loose] taken by A J Campbell during a Field Naturalists' Club of Victoria expedition to Kent Group of islands, Bass Strait in 1890. The album also includes a map of Kent Group in the inside front cover and numerous contemporary newspaper clippings relating to the expedition.

- Black and white photograph mounted on off-white board in bound album with red cloth cover.
- Description Of Content:
- The Field Naturalists Club of Victoria campsite on Deal Island, Bass Strait. Pictured are four members of the club: two men are in front of the three tents and the other two men are to the right near the camp fire. The campsite is at the foot of a low cliff with sparse vegetation. Photograph taken by Archibald J. Campbell during a scientific expedition by the Club to the Kent Group islands in 1890.
