Summary:: Carbon Copy of a letter from H. V. McKay to W. M. Hughes, Prime Minister of Australia, 10 March 1922. H. V. McKay has thoughts over a recent conference and confirms his faith in collective barganing. He says: "I do not agree with the basic wage for the Commonwealth. In other parts of the world it is a minimum wage for the minimum man and a maximum wage for the maximum man."
