- Summary:
- Unfolded accommodation and berthing plan for Chandris Lines, RHMS Britanis. There plans feature a photographic image of the ship in blue and show the floor plans of the different decks of the ship. They also note that the ship was fully Air Conditioned, and could carry 25,245 single class passengers.
Built as the Monterey in 1932 for the US, Matson Line, she sailed the San Francisco to New Zealand and Australia route. She was used as a troopship from 1941 to 1956, when she was renamed Matsoniato sail between Los Angeles and Honolulu. Sold to the Greek Chandris Line in 1970 she was renamed Britanis and commenced round the world cruises. She sank in 2000 off the coast of South Africa. - Description:
