'Bush Fire Artwork/WHEN WE WERE ASKED TO DRAW A PICTURE TO DO/WITH 'BLACK SATURDAY' NONE OF MY CLASS HAD ANY/IDEA WHAT TO DRAW. FIRST I DREW THE FLAMES/WHICH WERE WHAT CREATED 'BLACK SATURDAY' AND AT/ONE POINT THEY WERE SITUATED RIGHT OVER THE/NEAREST HILL. AT ONE POINT YOU COULD STAND/IN THE COLES PARKING LOT AND LITTERALLY/WATCH THE FLAMES DESTROY EVERYTHING IN ITS/PATH. I THEN DREW THE BURNING HOUSES AND/TREES THAT HAD UNFORTUNATELY GOT IN THE WAY./ THEN I REMEMBERED THE HARD WORKING FIREMEN/WHO SPENT HOURS, MAYBE EVEN DAYS AT A/TIME FIGHTING THIE TERRIBLE FIRE AND PUTTING/THEMSELVES IN DANGER TO SAVE MANY GREATFUL/FAMILIES AND THEIR POSSETIONS. WHILE ON/THE SUBJECT I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL/THE WONDERFUL VOLENTEERS AND WORKERS/FOR ALL OF YOUR TIME AND EFFORT. THE ASH ON/THE GROUND IS ALSO AN IMPORTANT PART OF 'BLACK/SATURDAY' BECAUSE WE WOULD NEVER BE/REMINDERED OF ALL THE GOOD THINGS SUCH AS/ SURVIVAL AND ACCOMPLISHMENT THAT CAME OUT/OF THIS EVENT. DURING THIS HURIFIC TIME/EVERYBODY PULLED TOGETHER AS ONE AS IF WE/WERE ALL TIED UP IN A BIG RUBBER BAND./EVERYONE WOULD TALK TO EACH OTHER LIKE IF/YOU WERE BUYING SOMETHING YOU WOULD TALK/TO THE CASHIER AND ASK THEM QUESTIONS SUCH/AS WHICH TOWN DO YOU LIVE IN AND ARE/YOU AND YOUR FAMILY SAFE ETC. AND INSTEAD/OF SAYING GOOD-BYE OR SEE-YA-LATER YOU/WOULD ALWAYS SAY "STAY SAFE."
