'on black saturday i was sitting in/the back of my dad's ute listening/to the radio and i saw a big/orange light over a tree. i thought/the flames were really close so/i went and told my family. At/this stage they were already packing./i felt scared. i stayed up all night/because i couldn't sleep. luckerly we/didn't have to evacuate. A couple of/days after black saturday i saw a/picture of a fireman giving a/koala water. i got my idea from/that. i feel sorry for the koalas that/homes have been burnt and sadly/some of them have died.
