- This decorative pen nib was excavated at one of the digs at the Commonwealth Block site between 1988 and 2003.
Writing implements, found throughout Little Lon, indicate that writing was a commonplace activity. The pens, pencils and inkwells are a tantalizing reminder of words forgotten long ago. - Description:
- ELABORATELY IMPRESSED TUBULAR PIECE OF METAL WITH FABRIC THREADS INSIDE IT.
