This photograph shows Jeffrey Onken, aged approximately 6, Glenda Clifton, aged approximately 2, and Betty Clifton, aged approximately 17, in a wooden boat at Altona Beach. There are parked cars on the Altona Beach foreshore, visible in the background. This photograph was taken by Irene Onken, Jeffrey's mother, who took 'happy snaps' with her Kodak Brownie Box camera on this Christmas Day, 1950.
