I have just watched the DVD The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. The scenery reminded me of my time at Prince Henry in October 1967, where I was isolated with typhoid. I was told at the time that mine was the first reported case since WWll. Anyway, the memories triggered a Google search for photos of PH, as I have such beautiful memories of being so well cared for, not to mention the beautiful view down to the ocean. Gorgeous! When I saw the photo of this young nurse, I instantly felt the timing was spot on. All the staff, interns and students who came to look at me, take all details, leaving no stone unturned in their search for the source, were just lovely, and this is my first real opportunity to say a huge Thank You.
