A large wooden radio and record turntable cabinet, on the lawn in a garden.

This photograph shows Barbara and Bert Schutte's new radiogram, September, 1955. The radiogram was purchased by Barbara and her husband one month before their wedding. This was in preparation for their new living arrangements, mainly in rented flats. This style was ultra fashionable at the time. The wood surrounding the black cloth speaker was yellow.
