This photograph shows Barbara and Bert Schutte in December 1979, touching up the primer on the boat they built, 'a 42 foot single chine steel ketch.' They built it in their backyard over a 5 year period, finishing in 1982. They then did many trips together in Australian waters. They sold the boat in 1984. - Acquisition Information:
