This photograph shows the Hick family with their motor bikes on a camping trip in Flowerdale, 1940. The Hick family used to go camping on motor bikes with side cars that belonged to their father William Hick and his brother. They would go up the weekend before with all the tents and gear and would pitch the camp, and the next week they would take the people.
