Stall holder in his potato stall at Victoria Market.

This photograph shows a potato stall at Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne, July 1969. The photographer Russell Beedles deliberately went to the market to take photographs of the stall holders, and ended up taking about 50 images. He hoped to have an exhibition of these photographs in 2007.

hi just writing to ask if the dog stall is still there ( they sell dogs and cats clothes and afl clothing if so could you ask them to e-mail me please and if not there could you pass on there number
