This photograph shows a haberdashery stall at Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne, July 1969. The photographer Russell Beedles deliberately went to the market to take photographs of the stall holders, and ended up taking about 50 images. He hopes to have an exhibition of these photographs in 2007.
