This photograph shows Anne Beedles in the kitchen at Waterdale Road Ivanhoe, 1957. You can see the electric jug and a stove kettle, and a mix master, tea pot and an apothecary's jar on the shelf behind. The photographer Russell Beedles remembers it was 'Probably morning tea time.' Russell was about 18 and living at home.
