I can remember my sister and I having our photo taken on the Moon seat in about 1947 and I still have the photo. I was aged about 4 years and it was my first photo with my hair cut in a bob. My mother had brought us over from Launceston, Tasmania, so that she could take my sister to a medical specialist. We stayed with an aunt, Mrs S.E. Treloar, in Peel Street, Kew.
