Baby Alexander is held by his godfather Nick Anastasovski, with his godmother Sophie Anastasovski holding two decorated candles. Alexander's parents, Anastasija and Todorce, are to the left at the front. His godparent's parents are at right, including Mise and Dragica Anastasovski.
