- This photograph shows the United States Naval Fleet berthed at Victoria Dock, Melbourne, August 1925. The photograph was taken by Ronald Cheers, who along with thousands of others visited these naval ships during their stay in Port Melbourne. The ships pictured are Clemson class destroyers Nearest the camera is USS Mullany (DD-325), USS Robert Smith (DD-324) and USS Chase (DD-323).
