- Commemorative menu issued to guests to mark the official opening of the Top Air Restaurant at Melbourne Airport, Tullamarine, in July 1970. The dinner dance event was held in the presence of the Rt. Hon Lord Mayor of Melbourne, Councillor E.W. Best J.P., with proceeds to aid the Lord Mayor's Fund for Metropolitan Hospitals and Charities. The menu design and production was donated by the manufacturers of Peter Stuyvesant Cigarettes, with printing donated by The Craftsman Press Pty Ltd, Melbourne. Inside the main card is a list of business who contributed donating food and drinks to the event.
Councillor Graeme Fullarton, as Mayor of the City of Keilor, attended the event and collected the menu. - Description:
