Part of a collection of 126 slides previously located together in a wooden box. The collection contains photographic, printed and hand painted slides depicting landscapes, buildings, scientific drawings, animals and religious stories. - Description:
- Hand painted image on a glass plate mounted in a solid wood frame.
- Description Of Content:
- Painted image of a group of soldiers entering a gateway on horseback. They are dressed in white with pink robes and gold head-dresses; one carries a sword, and (perhaps) the other a shield. A woman wearing white and red robes walks before them.
