Schumacher, the firm specialised in the importation, manufacture, installation and repair of flourmilling equipment, especially the newer style roller flour grinding machines, and associated equipment such as flour sifters, pollard and bran extractors, dust collectors, grain elevators and bag fillers. The business was formally registered as the Schumacher Mill Furnishing Works Pty Ltd in 1910.
