The Barbara and John Woods Collection comprises documents and photographs that provide a comprehensive insight into the Woods' immigration experience, from the issuing of their passage tickets, to their arrival in Melbourne.

Description Of Content:
View from deck of MV Fairsea, 1957, whilst docked in Fremantle. Various commercial buildings can be identified and a number of people are milling about dockside. Two buildings have signage that read "WELCOME TO AUSTRALIA from fortuna fabrics" and "WHEN IN PERTH Shop at BORNS", respectively.
