The spoon handle is surmounted with two circular discs set with inserts featuring images of Melbourne's skyline from the Yarra river and the official sesquicentenary logo.

- Silver plated tea spoon, the handle surmounted with two circular discs with images and text printed in full colour. Maker's marks are moulded along the back of the spoon's handle.
