Description Of Content:
The temporary building is identified as trading as Michaelis, Hallenstein & Co. by the partially visible sign on the front of the structure. The interior ceiling is lit by fluorescent lights and the visible interior wall is covered in peg board. Two signs hang upon this wall; one advertising 'HI-SPEED / WHEEL TOYS / Produced by / PILGRIM PTY LTD' and another reading ' 'Sally-Ann' CLOTHES FOR EVERY OCCASION'. Upon and in front of this display wall are shelves displaying dolls and toys by various manufacturers. 'Gerry Gee Junior' Footy Fan dolls in various Victorian Football League colours are identifiable mid way along these displays.
