This cape was designed and manufactured in Melbourne by Prue Acton P/L in 1965. It was worn by the donor with dress in same fabric (Heather Tweed from Fred Moylan Fabrics) in collection (SH 942012.)
Description:
Mini length cape in pale blue wool with mauve and camel check pattern. Cape is fastened at the front with leather covered buttons. Two flap patch pockets are at the front, and two slits at the front are for arms. lined in pale blue satin-look fabric.
