This rectangular mounted picture, depicting Phar Lap and jockey Jim Pike, is an example of the Phar Lap related souvenirs which were produced and sold during Phar Lap's life, and in the years following his death. Jim Pike is wearing the red and green racing colours of the Telford/Davis partnership, which Phar Lap raced under during 1931 and 1932.
Rectangular metal plaque with a celluloid coated picture of a race horse and jockey on the front, with the name of the horse printed below. Attached to the plain metal back is a flat trianguler metal stand, and a wire triangular hanger.
