- Used for recording prescriptions dispensed to patients at the Receiving House, Royal Park Hospital for the Insane 1908 - 1911. Separate columns for male and female patients. Gives name of patient, date and contents of prescription. Handwritten in ink.
- Description:
- Large, lined notebook with blue oilcloth cover, half-bound in red leather with crown at head of spine. End-papers marbled in turquoise, purple, maroon and white. Edges marbled in green, yellow, blue and white. Book only one third full.
