Summary:: Menu for the meal that was served at the Conversazione, hosted by the Government of Victoria at the Exhibition Building on 7 May 1901. The menu was printed by E. Whitehead & Co, Melbourne.

The menu included patties, sandwiches, entremets, jellies, creams, ices, dessert tea, coffee, cocoa, soup, and wines - including champagnes, Australian wines, sherry, port, ales, and various punches called cups. The caterer was H. Skinner.
Description:: The front of the menu is in brown, gold and green, with images of kangaroos, tree ferns and wattle in a frame. On the back of the menu is an etching of the Exhibition Building.
