Summary:: This embroidery sample was designed and manufactured in France by Broderie Cornely. The sample was framed and used as decoration at Prue Acton P/L in Melbourne. Broderie Cornely embroidery featured in some of Prue Acton's designs.
Description:: Broderie Cornelli embroidery sample in cream painted wooden frame. Sample is in silver, blue, grey and cream colours. The design depicts the sky with clouds and sun on a black ground. Frame is glass fronted and back support is attached by metal tacks. Picture wire at back is attached to two metal hanging clips.
