The model was made by James Swansson (of Chancellor and Patrick) in 1989. It was donated to Museum Victoria for the exhibition 'Home Sweet Home : Changes in Victorian Domestic Architecture, 1839 - 1989'.

The model depicts a large and lavish house with flat roof, floor to ceiling windows, elevated living rooms, slim grey bricks, generous car parking spaces.
