Red corduroy pinafore worn by young female patients at St Nicholas Hospital, a hospital for children with intellectual disabilities, in Carlton, Victoria, Australia, circa 1980. It was manufactured by Branch Central Clothing and designed by Elsie Storr. Some of the needle work mending on the dress may have been undertaken as part of an occupational therapy program.
