Brown tweed flannel skirt worn by female patients in a mental health hospital in Victoria, Australia, circa 1950
Gathered skirt of dark brown tweed flannel, flecked with yellow, black, red and green. Has white calico waist-band stitched in black. Has a 25cm opening from waist and fastens by ties of white tape attached to waist-band each side of opening.
