The nurses cuffs referred to above, I believe, belonged to my great-aunt Jane Adelaide Peach of Beechworth.
I have an excellent portrait if her if a copy of it would be of any value to you.
Another reason for my note it that we are having a reunion of the descendants of William Edward Peach (her brother) in Beechworth on the weekend of March 23rd/24th including a visit to the Burke museum where a number of Peach artefacts are held and was wondering if it would be possible for you to loan the cuffs to that museum for a short while.
If there is any other information which I may be able to supply re great-aunt Jane I'd be happy to help.
