Summary:: This trophy was awarded to the donor in 1972 by Sydney department store David Jones as a special citation as part of their Awards for Fashion Excellence.

Description:: Metal cylinder on base. Centre front has a circular hole through which purple crystals protrude. Base is covered in green suede and is of wood underneath. Metal strip bearing caption attached to base.
