- Wooden salt box, circa 1900 used at Mayday Hills Hospital a mental health hospital in Beechworth, Victoria Australia. May have been made by a patient as part of occupational therapy program.
- Description:
- Wooden box with wooden lid used for storage of salt or other foodstuffs. Handwritten in ink on one side "SALT". Box is glued together. Handle on lid (half of a wooden cotton reel) is screwed on.
