This is a black & white postcard featuring a sketch of the southern facade of the Exhibition Building, made in 1980. The postcard shows two children in the foreground holding a banner and was made to celebrate the building's centenary in 1980. The card was published by Honey Clarke, 21 Rotherwood St, Richmond, Victoria.

In the foreground on the left there is a girl in 1880s fashion holding a hoop and on the right there is a boy standing on a skateboard wearing 1980 fashion. The two children are holding a banner between them. In the upper left hand corner there is a hot air balloon. On the reverse of the postcard there is text explaining the history of the Exhibition Building, space for a message, an address and a postage stamp. The card is unused.
