Model made by James Swansson in 1989. It was donated to Museum Victoria for the display in 'Home Sweet Home: Changes in Victorian Domestic Architecture, 1839 - 1989'.
Two semi-detached town houses, built for privacy, with ample room for the motor car. Brick, two-storied houses, hipped tiled roof.
