- Model of W.C. Weigall maisonettes, Shipley Street, South Yarra, designed by architect Marcus Martin in 1938.
Model made by James Swansson in 1989. It was donated to Museum Victoria for the display in 'Home Sweet Home: Changes in Victorian Domestic Architecture, 1839 - 1989'.
- Two semi-detached town houses, built for privacy, with ample room for the motor car. Brick, two-storied houses, hipped tiled roof.
