Framed Holy picture of Jesus, used by Italian migrant Mrs Rosemary Del Monaco. It demonstrates the importance of religion in the lives of many Italian migrants. The majority of Italian Immigrants to Australia identify themselves as Roman Catholic as do many second generation Italian immigrants.
Oval picture of Jesus in a wooden frame. One hand is raised in benediction, the wounds from the crucifixion can be seen and his heart is surrounded by a crown of thorns.
