- Spray of dark red artificial flowers made by Marion Kann. Marion (Mimi) was of born in Vienna, Austria in 1910. She immigrated to Australia in 1939, most likely fleeing the persecution of the Nazi regime as she was Jewish. In Australia she married follow a refugee and Austrian Jew Herbert Kann.
- Description:
- Eight pieces of stiffened dark red silk cut into flower shapes with long, narrow petals. Sizes vary from 9.5 to 12.5 cm. One piece 9x4 cm cut from same material, with curved sides, tapered at one end and double-pointed at the other.
