Leather strap with buckles. Possibly part of drover's horse gear. Used at Newmarket Saleyards.
Large leather strap with metal three buckles at one end and numerous holes placed at various spacings along the length. Made of a double thickness of leather.

appears to be a set of hobbles - possibly used as anti-kick for milk cows [hind legs] / or knee hobbles for horse.
