White enamel candlestick holder used by staff at a Victorian mental hospital circa 1930-1960.
Candlestick is round, hollowed and saucer-shaped. Coated with white enamel it features a navy ring handle. It also has navy edging and candle cup. Contains a 23cm long white candle.
