Used at a Victorian psychiatric institution for general lighting purposes.
Candlestick, round, slightly hollowed, white, saucer-shape with gold trimmings around edge on holder and finger-grip. In the centre there is an embossed pattern, and a floral decoration on one side. There is a cup-shaped finger-grip.
