Summary:
Advertising flyer or poster to promote a recruiting rally in the St Kilda Town Hall in September 1916, organised by the City of St Kilda, with performances by the Town Organist and the St Kilda City Brass Band. The flyer gives the time of the rally (8pm) and lists the speakers, who include two members of the Legislative Council, one member of the Legislative Assembly, and a local councillor.
